Cacao Chicory Maple Iced Brew

Ingredients:

  • 5 tablespoons of Téo Cacao Brew
  • 1.5 cups water
  • 2 teaspoons instant chicory
  • 2-3 teaspoons maple syrup⁠
  • splash of vanilla⁠
  • ice⁠
  • 1/4 cup full fat coconut cream/milk (from a can). Milk of choice can be substituted, but full fat coconut milk adds a nice richness and creaminess.

Method:

  • To a french press, add cacao grounds and filtered water. Stir to combine, place french press lid on and press the plunger down only to water level. Let sit at room temperature for 24 hours before fully pressing the plunger down. Pour brew into a separate airtight container where it can be stored in the fridge for up to several days.⁠
  • To a serving glass, add 1/2 cup of cacao cold brew with remaining ingredients.⁠
